1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or booking any cleaning service through the Clean Legacy Co website at https://cleanlegacyco.com or by phone, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Clean Legacy Co offers residential and short-term rental cleaning in Decatur and Greater Atlanta. Specific services, packages, and add-ons may change without notice; the scope for each appointment is defined in the final quote you approve.

3. Booking and Confirmation

a. You may request a booking online, by email, or by phone.
b. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or SMS from Clean Legacy Co.
c. We reserve the right to decline bookings that fall outside our service area or schedule capacity.

4. Pricing and Payment

a. All prices are listed in US dollars.
b. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c. We accept major credit or debit cards, Zelle, and cash.
d. Homes located more than thirty minutes from ZIP code 30034 incur a travel allowance disclosed in your quote.
e. Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs materially from the information provided during booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

a. You may reschedule or cancel up to twenty-four hours before the appointment without charge.
b. Same-day cancellations or lock-outs may incur a fee equal to fifty percent of the scheduled service price.
c. Clean Legacy Co may reschedule or cancel due to emergencies, severe weather, or unsafe conditions; in such cases, you will be offered the next available slot.

6. Customer Responsibilities

a. Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
b. Secure valuables, fragile items, and sensitive documents.
c. Inform us in advance of any pets, special instructions, or hazardous conditions.
d. For Deep Clean interiors, empty refrigerators, ovens, or cabinets that you want cleaned.

7. Pets and Safety

Our crews are trained to work around friendly household pets. Aggressive or unrestrained animals must be confined during the service window for the safety of all parties.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within twenty-four hours of service completion. We will return to address the specific areas in question at no extra charge. This guarantee does not cover issues reported more than twenty-four hours after the visit.

9. Damage or Breakage

a. Clean Legacy Co. carries general liability insurance.
b. Report any damage within twenty-four hours of service.
c. Liability is limited to the lesser of repair costs or the current cash value of the item, and does not extend to pre-existing damage, normal wear, or poorly installed fixtures.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and photographs on the Clean Legacy Co website are the property of Clean Legacy Co and may not be used without written permission.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through bookings is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to that Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
